Our Program

Most tutoring companies lock families into large, expensive packages. We don’t believe that’s necessary for most students, especially if they’re self-motivated.

Our data shows that focused, targeted tutoring in the areas with the highest point-gain potential is far more efficient than broad, general instruction.

That’s why our SAT test prep program is based on a single, high-impact 6-hour package designed for students seeking meaningful score improvement.

During the duration of this package, we go through a 5-step program and repeat as many times as needed:

  • 1. Diagnostic & Planning
    We analyze your practice test results and build a customized study plan around your point-gain opportunities.

    2. Targeted Instruction
    Each session focuses on your highest-impact skills and question types. We avoid filler lessons and stick to what actually raises your score.

    3. Practice & Review
    You complete targeted homework of official SAT questions relevant to the skills covered in the session. Tutors will send a summary of what was covered after each session.

    4. Result Tracking
    After a few sessions covering your highest impact skills, we provide another practice test to measure improvement.

    5. Re-Evaluate
    We analyze the results and adapt the plan as needed.

  • Yes! We have experience helping students worldwide prepare for standardized tests.

  • We do not offer group or family sessions at this time, as we prioritize tailoring our services to the unique needs of each individual student.

  • We offer a variety of payment methods including debit/credit, bank transfer and third party payment processors. Our packages can be bought in full or billed weekly if you choose to purchase sessions hourly.

  • We utilize our in-house data analysis program to provide personalized study plans to increase student’s test scores as effectively and efficiently as possible. We also only offer individual test prep sessions from our team of Ivy League educated tutors, ensuring students have the full attention from those who have proven they know what it takes to become a top percentile scorer.

  • Yes, students will work the same tutor every time.

  • All of our test prep sessions are online. This allows us to provide elite college prep to students everywhere, regardless of location. We do not offer any of our services in person at this time.

  • All sessions are conducted via Google Meets, with screen-sharing and an interactive whiteboard to make sessions engaging and effective.

  • Availability depends on several factors, including our tutors’ schedules, time zone differences, and prior commitments with other students. Our tutors will work with you to find a time that fits your needs and ensure flexibility to accommodate your schedule.

  • If you’re unsatisfied with the first session, please let us know right away. We are committed to ensuring the best fit for each student, and we will work with you to address any concerns or schedule a follow-up session with a different tutor if needed. Your satisfaction and progress are our top priorities.

  • Absolutely. We offer flexible scheduling and only ask for at least 12 hours’ notice to reschedule a session.

  • We require 12 hours’ notice for all cancellations. No-shows or cancelling less than 12 hours before the start of a session will be considered a completed session.

  • If a student is running late, we will wait up to 20 minutes for each session before considering it a no-show. To help prevent this, we’ll reach out via text or email 5 minutes into the session to check if the student has forgotten or is running late. In the case of a no-show, we can reschedule, but please note that our cancellation policy will apply.

  • Getting started is easy! Simply schedule an introductory meeting, where we’ll discuss the student’s goals, assess their needs, and determine the best path forward.
